About Stephanie Gemmell, AMP

I began my career in the Financial Services Industry in 1988. For 12 years I worked for a Chartered Bank, last position being a loans officer. I decided to spread my wings in February of 2000 and became an Independent Mortgage Agent. I’ve not looked back since. My education includes an extensive business admin background including Toronto School of Business, Institute of Canadian Bankers, Sheridan College and Nippissing University. These are challenging times for all and I really do enjoy helping my clients realize their goals. I love working with first time buyers. I am armed with a network of other related services which are important to these clients when financing a property including a Realtor, Lawyer and an Insurance contact. I work with the self-employed, separated/divorced individuals and clients with bruised credit. Whether you’re buying, renewing, refinancing or need private money in a unique situation, I’m your woman! There are a ton of Lenders out there offering various products. Do not limit yourself to one Lender! I will stick handle through all the products being offered on radios and television. Your needs and wants are what’s important here, not the Lenders.
